Do I need an appointment?
Yes. Booking ahead gives the clinical team time to confirm availability and prepare for your requested service.
Where are appointments held?
Studio visits are at 301 S Rogers St, Suite 102 in Waxahachie. Mobile appointments may be available and can include a travel fee.
How long does a visit take?
Most wellness shots take about 15 minutes. IV services commonly take 45 to 90 minutes depending on the treatment selected.
Can I choose a service online?
Yes. The booking flow shows current services, options, prices, and available appointment times before checkout.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Sign in to the patient portal to cancel or choose a new time for upcoming visits. You can also call (817) 504-8819 as soon as possible.
What if no appointment times are available?
Join the waitlist and share the service and timing you prefer. The team will reach out if a matching opening becomes available.
Are IV services appropriate for everyone?
No. Services are subject to clinical screening and provider approval. The website does not provide medical advice or guarantee eligibility.
How are reminders sent?
With your consent, Living Well IVs may send neutral appointment or care-plan reminders by SMS or email. SMS recipients can reply STOP at any time.
How is my information protected?
The platform uses authenticated access, role-based permissions, encrypted clinical notes, audit records, and minimum-necessary communications.
