Appointments and cancellation
If you cannot attend, notify Living Well IVs at (817) 504-8819 as soon as possible to reschedule. The current policy does not impose an automatic cancellation fee. Mobile visits and special events may have separate terms disclosed before payment.
Payments, packages, and memberships
- Prices may vary by selected option and are confirmed before payment.
- Refunds are reviewed based on the service, fulfillment status, and applicable law.
- Package credits and membership benefits have the expiration and renewal terms shown at purchase.
- Recurring memberships may be managed or canceled through the patient billing portal.
SMS and email consent
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages from Living Well IVs, including appointment and purchase confirmations, reminders, waitlist notices, instructions, and account alerts. Message frequency varies, up to 8 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchase, and is separate from optional marketing communications.
Emergencies
Living Well IVs is not an emergency service. Call 911 or seek immediate emergency care for severe, urgent, or life-threatening symptoms.
